As a former Partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP and a member of its international arbitration practice group I learned firsthand exactly what complex civil litigation cases need from an arbitrator. Now as a professional arbitrator I’m pleased to provide you and your clients with a efficient and effective arbitration service. During more than 40 years in the legal industry, I accumulated substantial experience in complex commercial domestic and international arbitration in a broad range of substantive areas. My experience includes matters relating to commercial contracts, acquisition agreements, long-term supply contracts, purchase price adjustments, insurance and reinsurance, art law, product liability, consumer disputes, and maritime arbitration.

I have served as Panel Chair, solo arbitrator and tribunal member in a variety of matters. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), I am listed on the Panel of Arbitrators of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), on the American Arbitration Association Commercial and Large Complex Dispute rosters and on the Panel of Neutrals of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). I previously served as the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association International Arbitration Committee. I graduated from Vassar College (Class of 1974) and Columbia Law School (Class of 1977) and hold a Diploma in International Arbitration.
